Roger joined RNS in October, 2011, following the merger with Stephenson Smart & Co.
He has worked for a number of accountancy practices in Northern Lincolnshire over the last 30 years, qualifying as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 1997.
He works for a variety of clients, mainly small limited companies dealing with all aspects of accounts and personal tax.
He says the most rewarding part of his job is dealing with so many varied clients in many walks of life and solving problems they may encounter.
Outside of work, he enjoys watching all sports, reading and is a member of Humberston Lions Club.
