Our offices may be closed – but we remain open for business during the coronavirus outbreak.
Partners, managers and the team are working remotely, connecting with each other and clients via phone, email and video conferencing.
Senior partner John Heeney said: “We have closed the offices to ensure the safety of our staff and clients.
“These are difficult times for individuals and businesses and we are determined to provide them with the best possible customer service.
“We have quickly adapted to the whole team working remotely.
“The offices are being manned by a skeleton staff, with partners on rotation to ensure, for example, any incoming or outgoing post is dealt with appropriately.”
Clients who wish to drop off documents which won’t fit through a letterbox should call the office on the usual numbers (01724 842713 or 01652 655111) and arrangements will be made for them to be received or collected.
Mr Heeney said: “It’s the start of a new tax year and it might be clients have more time to sort out information for returns.
“We are happy to complete them earlier than might ordinarily be the case.
“There may also be issues which have arisen because of the coronavirus outbreak, for instance around grants, loans and cashflow.
“Please do not hesitate to get in touch if you feel we can help.”
