Scunthorpe-born India works with Debs Barley in reception and administration at the Brigg office.
She joined RNS as an administration apprentice and went on to pass her apprenticeship in L3 Business admin with a distinction in 2022
A former student at Frederick Gough School and North Lindsey College, she completed a Level 3 Diploma in Art and Design. She is currently completing a degree in Social Science on an evening.
She has learned a lot in the role and continues to grow in confidence, knowing she is on a good career path.
India, who lives in Bottesford, said the people she works with are lovely, which makes work enjoyable.
She also enjoys socialising, eating out and going to the cinema.
