It's that time of year – to remember your tax return.

Don't forget the deadline for HMRC to receive self-assessment tax returns is 31^st January.

“Surcharges and fines kick in from February and HMRC may look at those that are filed late as higher risk and individuals may be inviting a knock on the door from the taxman further down the line.
